Greg Wells-King, AKA 'Proxima IV - Proxima 4'

"Ambient music has been around for a while and I am one of those individuals who has moved from listening to it, to writing it like a Loon on water".

Using computer technology and carefully sculpting sounds from synthesizers and nature, Proxima IV aka Gregory Wells-King is on a mission to make people of all ages, comfortable to discuss music made with computers and samplers, as they would with more conventional instruments.

This debut offering to The ambient music garden, entitled 'Lifetide' is aimed at the meditative, contemplative and intelligent listener.

It takes us on a journey of soundscapes, influenced directly, by the wrtings of Dr Lyall Watson
from his book of the same name, much of which discusses the notion of reflection in nature and it's asscociated sciences and the mysterys they're in.

The music should sit well with listners who apply visulization techniques in meditation sessions or who seek direct inspiration in arts and workshop classes.

The opening credit of the book, notes 'Lifetide' as "A biology of the unconscious".
