Banners for Advertising your music on AmbientMusicGarden.com

The following images are a range of banner adverts for you to choose between for advertising your own music at AmbientMusicGarden com or advertising Ambient Music Garden in general. Please add it to your MySpace account and your own web site and anywhere else you feel will attract customers to your music at AmbientMusicGarden. I appreciate any link from any site, especially music related sites.

Please note the code below will link to the AmbientMsuicGarden.com home page. See further down for instructions on how to add a link to your own artist page.

Dont Forget: The more links AMG gets the higher it will be in searches for music and the more traffic will come to AMG so the more we will sell. If you change the code to link to your artist site all your traffic will go to your own page. Instructions for doing this are below.

Banners and Html code

Choose the following banners for your MySpace site or your own web sites. The code that is associated with the banners will pull the images from Ambient Music Garden. You are welcome if you want to, to take the images and add them to your own site’s image folder for local storage.

Use the html code in any web editor to add the banner to your site. If you don’t know how please ask me for advice or ask your local (friendly :O) web designer.

How To Add Banner Images To Your MySpace Account

You need to add to your ‘band details’ under ‘edit profile’ in your MySpace account. If you are not aware already you can choose between a number of places on your site to put a banner like this but the easiest is probably under either ‘bio’ of ‘influences’.

So, go to ‘Edit Profile’

Then click on Band Details.

Then choose the area you want to edit, either ‘bio’ or ‘influences’ which are two good example areas to choose.

Then the following editor or something similar will open and you will be able to add the code related to your chosen banner here. The code is in the next section of this document.

Linking specifically to your Artist area on AMG.

The html code that is below the link banner images will send anyone that clicks on it to the AMG top page. If you would like to change this so that all those who click on the link from your site go specifically to your own artist page please do the following:

Go to Ambient Music Garden and click the “Artist’s Pages” (see image below)

When the artist's page's page opens up, find your music name and right click (apple = control click) and choose copy link.

Choose the banner(s) you wish you use and replace the html address in red by pasting your own address in its place (make sure you retain the http://section.)

Paste the result into your Myspace / social networking site home page and your web site to guide your music fans to your music here at Ambient Music Garden.
