Well its a growing market. More creative people than ever before produce high quality musical productions because of the development of musical technology.

This wave of new artists are naturally questioning the old ways and are finding that the answer is not always to ‘follow the rainbow’ to the pot of gold.

The dream can be more realistic when artists create music that can earn a decent dollar today and for years to come. Maybe not a fotune on a single track but we all know this rarely happens do it makes more sense to share your time with a number of markets, maybe even before focusing on one or two. Maybe this means the charts are not the most compelling afterall !

EL has blessed us with some great feel good & polished Jazz.

Its great to hear such a rich collection of instruments so well composed, arranged & produced in EL’s Scatterbrain album.

Astropilot and Sacred Reason join Ambient Music Garden this month. Wow, such a great couple of albums they have. More later, but for now here are some of my thoughts.

Astropilot’s Solar Walk is unsuprisingly spacey in outlook and there is a richness in the composition and arrangement that helps one slip into a dreamy state of floating amongst the stars.

Sacral Reason’s Soul Splinters mixes ambient with piano melodies and field recordings to make a personal mark in our instrumental catalogue.
